Job Description
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Payroll Cloud module.
- Gather requirements, analyse gaps, design solutions, and map business processes.
- Configure and test Payroll modules, ensuring integration with other systems.
- Configure payroll elements and calculation to support absence payments.
- Provide user training and support for rollouts and live environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of core HR , Absence & payroll modules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to client sites as needed.
- Proven experience in at least four end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations, including at least one project with UK legislation
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configurations, setups, and transactions.
- Familiarity with UK Legislative payroll is advantageous.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS is an added advantage
- Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is desirable.
- Effective communication and ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasked, high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player with ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies.
