Risk Assessment and Pricing: Analyze insurance product pricing strategies and assess risks for various Institutional clients.
Product Innovation & Benchmarking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate unique insurance products that resonate with our customers. Lead the charge in understanding the product propositions of competitors, devising strategies and benchmarking to stay ahead of the curve
Strategic Storytelling: Create compelling storyboards that align with our business philosophy and are tailored to the specific needs of our partners.
Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance aspirations and presenting them with the tailored solutions.
Liaise with senior management: Serve as a bridge between regional sales teams and senior management to drive business initiatives for key accounts.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders, balancing their expectations and collaborating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Partnership Growth: Monitor the progress of existing and potential Institutional partnerships. Identify opportunities for growth in existing business relationships and explore new business avenues.
Pre sales, Strategic planning, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical mindset with structured, independent thinking.
