Manager Specification / Business Development

Role & responsibilities

• Analyse civil infrastructure projects in the country and identify all key stakeholders involved along the complex value chain of a project (stages: overall planning, preliminary design, tender process, planning & design, construction, operations & maintenance).
• Utilize public info and personal networks to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
• Coordinate internally between design, sales, and marketing to achieve the desired specification leads and targets as per the company's vision.
• Visit key consultants that have PAN India presence for various civil infrastructure projects in the sectors of Highways, Railways, Ports, Airports, Industrial, Landfill & Minng to conduct product demonstrations.
• Stand as the preferred point of contact for consultants for geosynthetic solution providers at every stage of projects (mainly prior to tender close but also after project award) and promote a professional image.
• Plan regular touchpoints with various consultants to master the project pipeline.
• Identify solutions adapted to markets and projects, with differentiated offers and complex offerings (specifically with tailored-made services).
• Follow and animate the development process: tender receipt, proposal, and handover to sales.
• Track civil infrastructure development activities and efforts at the country level (e.g., number of visits, number of specified projects, total sales).
• Assist in lobbying activities where appropriate.

Preferred candidate profile

B.tech Civil Eng. or Diploma Civil Eng. with experience in the infrastructure, civil field, Civil RS Wall Site Eng. Experience with good communication skills can apply.
