GenAI Consultant / Trainer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Consultant / Trainer to design and deliver specialized training programs aimed at empowering educators to effectively use Generative AI (GenAI) tools. The primary goal is to enable teachers to enhance curriculum development, create assessments, and optimize teaching materials. The training will cover a wide range of topics, from foundational AI concepts to advanced applications in content design, student evaluation, and gamification. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about the intersection of AI and education.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive sessions on Generative AI fundamentals and its applications in education.
• Demonstrate the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, and Jasper for syllabus design, curriculum mapping, and exam creation.
• Provide real-world examples and exercises to enhance learning outcomes.

1. Content Development:

• Design and customize training materials, exercises, and case studies tailored to educators.
• Develop real-world examples showcasing AI applications in curriculum and teaching.

1. Ethical AI Practices:

• Educate participants on ethical considerations, including transparency, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
• Facilitate discussions on best practices for ethical AI adoption in education.

1. Hands-on Engagement:

• Organize interactive exercises, such as:
  • Drafting syllabi with AI-generated inputs.
  • Creating career-oriented curriculum mapping.
  • Designing quizzes and evaluation criteria using AI tools.
• Encourage peer-reviewed projects and group activities to enhance learning.

1. Assessment and Feedback:

• Implement diverse assessment methods, including group quizzes, peer feedback, and individual assignments.
• Collect and incorporate participant feedback to continuously refine the training program.

1. Post-Training Support:

• Provide ongoing support to educators as they integrate AI tools into their workflows.
• Share resources, updates, and new AI tools relevant to educational advancements.

• Bachelor s or master s degree in education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or instructional design.
• Expertise in Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, Notion AI).
• Familiarity with curriculum development, assessment strategies, and educational technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, assessment, and research.
• Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and their practical implications.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for educators with varying technical expertise.
• Experience in using AI for digital presence management and gamification.
