We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainerto join Priority, a leading player in the fintech industry. In this fast-paced and ever-evolving role,youll spear head the development and delivery of engaging training programs that empower our teammembers to excel. Your initial primary focus will be working with new hires; however, youllcollaborate with multiple departments and sectors across the company. Training facilitation will be provided in various formats,including in-person, remote, and self-paced for new and existing Priorityemployees.

Requirements
Facilitation (40%)
Engaging Delivery: Bring your energy and expertise todeliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom, virtual, and blended learningapproaches, to keep learners engaged and informed.
Inclusive Environment: Create inclusive and participatorylearning environments that cater to diverse learner abilities and encourage activeparticipation. Adapt training methods to meet global training needs, ensuring that all learners can retainknowledge effectively and apply it immediately.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt training content and deliverymethods to meet the changing needs and initiatives of learners, departments, and the evolvingdemands of the fintech industry. Demonstrate the ability to swiftly grasp new information in order to beable to effectively teach it.
Learner Engagement: Foster an engaging learning atmosphereby using interactive techniques, real-life scenarios, and practical exercises. Encourage activelearner participation and ensure that training sessions are relevant and impactful.
Curriculum Development (40%)
Needs Assessment: Develop and conduct comprehensive needsassessments to determine training requirements. Skillfully extract critical information fromstakeholders to identify necessary skills and ensure that training programs address actual needs that arealigned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Subject MatterExperts (SMEs) to gather the necessary knowledge for developing training programs. Collaborate withstakeholders before and after training to schedule sessions, ensure learner participation, andobtain post-training reports and feedback to assess the success of the training initiatives.
Engaging Materials: Design and create engaging trainingpresentation decks, elearning modules, job aids, and interactive activities that align with learningobjectives and industry best practices.
Project Management: Effectively manage all aspects ofproject management when creating training content, including storyboarding, content development,SME/stakeholder review, and post-training assessments. You must be able to meet deadlines without theneed for micromanagement, prioritize tasks, shift priorities as needed, and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
Continuous Enhancement: Regularly update and enhance thecurriculum based on feedback, evaluation results, and changes in the fintech landscape.Ensure that training materials remain current and effective.
Instructional Design Support: Collaborate with theinstructional design team to develop and review course materials, assisting in the creation of more complexelearning modules and media.
Evaluation (20%)
Evaluation Framework Development: You will createcomprehensive evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure the effectivenessand impact of training programs. Ensure these frameworks align with bothdepartmental and organizational goals.
Assessment Implementation: Design and conduct variousassessments, surveys, and evaluation methods to gather quantitative andqualitative data on training outcomes, knowledge retention, and skill development.
Analysis and Recommendation: Analyze evaluation results toidentify trends, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness of trainingprograms. Based on this analysis,provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement: Use evaluation data to makeinformed recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery methods.Implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback and assessmentresults.
Progress Tracking: Collaborate with stakeholders to trackand report on the progress and success of training initiatives. Ensure that evaluationmetrics are effectively communicated and utilized to drive training strategydecisions.



Requirements
Qualification :
- Masters Degree: You should have abachelors degree, ideally in Business Administration or HumanResources
- 5 Years of Training Experience: You need a minimum of fiveyears of experience ideally in corporate training/adult learning.
- Technical Skills: You must demonstrate proficiency inMicrosoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva, EasyGenerator
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is alsorequired to effectively manage and deliver training programs.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must haveexcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functionalteams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detailto ensure the accuracy and quality of training materials and assessments are accurate beforesending for peer review.
- Adaptive Mindset: You must possess a flexible and adaptivemindset, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and new information. Youshould be proactive in self-teaching and researching new topics, staying at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to ensuretraining programs remain relevant and effective.
- Team Player: You must demonstrate a collaborative spiritand the ability to work seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams. Build strong relationshipswith colleagues, SMEs, and stakeholders, effectively contributingto a supportive and cohesive work environment.
