Key responsibilities:
Our intent with this role is to heighten the focus on current user management activities, while increasing the efficiency in resolving customer requests through direct communication with our external customers. A few key traits that we'll be looking for are below.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and comprehension skills (Will field queries via phone and email)
• Ability to develop deep skill set in a single area through job-related training and/or 3-7 years of work experience in a customer support role
• Enjoys working within defined set of processes and procedures, generally task-based workflow • Consistently delivers and demonstrates accountability and reliability for meeting deadlines and/or service level agreements
• Works with a limited degree of supervision, understands escalations internally as needed
• Interested in learning about Commercial Real Estate.
• Willing to work on varied shifts, likely rotation program to cover GMT to PST working hours
