Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
• Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Report on key HR initiatives and their impact on the business.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis tools is a plus.
