Job Description
5 plus years relevant consulting, domain, Workday and/or related technology experience required
Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
Utilize advanced analytical techniques and domain knowledge to solve challenging business problems to identify areas of risk, opportunities and recommend solutions for our clients. Leverage a diverse set of technologies and tools to deliver solutions
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated experience with MS Powerpoint and Visio
Strong knowledge and/or experience in the SQL, BI tools (like Cognos, Tableau and PowerBI) and ETL tools like Alteryx
Exhibits problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate more complex messages and requirements
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction
