We are looking for experienced candidate with below skills:

Warehouse/Store operations

Inventory management and reconciliation

Inventory control and audit 

Ensuring Goods outbound, inbound,General QC,return and reconciliation

Customer home delivery orders fulfillment and reconciliation

COD cash handling, deposit and reconciliation

Staff management

Supervise and train staff

Ensuring safety of employees and inventory

Creating Delivery vehicle and employee schedules

Handling customer complaints

Interviewing and recruiting new staff

Cost minimization

Managing budgets

Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Conducting performance reviews and appraisals

Ensuring compliance procedures are being followed

Self and team goal setting
