Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2C inside sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers via phone, understanding their needs, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and address concerns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Language proficiency: [English, Kannada ].
Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or relevant sectors is a plus.
