Officer/ Sr. Officer - Stores

• Responsible for Stock accuracy system vs physical.
• Responsible for meeting perpetual inventory on daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining FIFO in Stores.
• Responsible for monitoring of shelf life items.
• Responsible for sharing MIS report on daily basis.
• Ensure timely submission of the bills to finance.
• Responsible for 5S in Store Area and outside Gangway.
• Responsible for tracking of Schedule vs supply of suppliers.
• Responsible for submission of provision related to Pending GRN Responsible for timely GRN in system (Within 24 Hrs from Gate Entry).
• Keeps visual boards updated in Stores and updates daily inventories.
• Responsible for timely scrap disposal.
• Responsible for understanding the customer specific requirements and making arrangements for meeting it.
• Responsible for monitoring the activities like 5S / Safety / Loading /Unloading in Store Area
• Responsible for procedure and WI preparation for Stores Responsible for weekly shift planning in Stores
