Role & responsibilities

1 Preparation of Monthly reconciliation statement against issue of material for cont.

2 Responsible for Shuttering Reconciliation, Steel Reconciliation, Aggregate Reconciliation etc.

3 Preparation of Plant Production Report

4 Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS report.

5 Co-Ordinate with project Head, HO and purchase and store department.

6 Responsible for Inventory control, reconciliation of store materials, preparation of MIS reports, Prepare monthly closing stock report, review of stock handling of all Stores function for multi-functional process.

7 Responsible site store transaction, documentation, manpower allocation, follow-up with site materials requirement in daily basis, Maintain a minimum stock of daily consumable items.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate must have a desired experience in Construction Industry
2. Candidate must have a Knowledge of MS Office, N way Software
