Order Planning & Control Associate

Order Processing:

• Receive and review customer orders via various channels (phone, email, online platforms).
• Verify order details including product, quantity, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Input orders accurately into the system and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Monitor order status and address any issues or delays proactively.

Coordination with Factories:

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing facilities to communicate production requirements and schedules.
• Ensure timely submission of production orders and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Coordinate with factories to resolve any production-related issues such as quality control, delays, or changes in specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with factory partners to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Coordination with Customers:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipment tracking, and product availability.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
