Sales Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing sales strategies, managing a team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.
• Work with senior management to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
• Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve the skills of the sales team.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships to expand the customer base.
• Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues promptly.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
• Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance, market trends, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Present sales forecasts, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Negotiations & Contracts:
• Oversee and participate in the negotiation of contracts with clients and partners.
• Ensure that all agreements are in line with company policies and profitability goals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
• Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives to support the sales process.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation:
• Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor expenses and ensure the sales department is operating within its budget.
