Develop book size for ESOP vertical in the territory defined
Duties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for developing present and surrounding locations for ESOP sales
- Responsible for new tie ups for Corporates to further create leads for ESOP
- Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth as well as fee income
- Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience
- Acquire new clients
- Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income
- Risk maintenance for clients
- Maintain the required pricing, revenue generation, zero portfolio delinquency
- Initiate visibilities in cities where our visibility is low
- Identification of clients, channel partners

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications
a) Qualifications
- Graduation, Preferred:Post-graduation
b) Work Experience
- 5-6 years in relevant industry
- Knowledge of ESOP industry and business domain is a must
- Prior knowledge and experience of sales
- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.
