MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Technical Support Consultant. The Technical Support Consultant will provide technical support and analytical assistance to customers. The role involves troubleshooting software issues, managing customer support escalations, and effectively communicating with customers. The Technical Support Consultant will work in the STG Labs office located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Technical Support Consultant/Analyst of which 3 years of providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with programming languages such as C/AL
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

To handle the Full Implementation Cycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central from Product walk-through, Business Analysis, Requirements gathering, Mapping, Accurate Documentation, Gap Fit Design, Testing, End User Training, Implementation, and support Clients with a team of Technical and Functional Consultants.

Experience range: 4-6 years

MUST HAVE

1. Technical Proficiency:
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as Dynamics NAV or Navision).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics tools, including the latest versions and updates.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central to meet specific business requirements.

1. Functional Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, and other relevant business processes that Business Central supports.
• Experience in business analysis to gather and document customer requirements.
• Ability to design and implement business processes in Business Central.

1. Implementation Experience:
• Proven track record of successful Business Central implementations for a variety of clients across different industries.
• Experience in full project lifecycle management, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

1. Technical Skills:
• Expertise in programming languages such as C/AL and AL, used for customization in Business Central.
• Knowledge of web services, integrations, and data migration techniques.
• Understanding of SQL and database management.

1. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues during implementations.
• Strong analytical skills.

1. Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you'll need to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.

1. Teamwork:
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

GOOD TO HAVE (would be a PLUS)

1. Industry Knowledge:
• Familiarity with the specific industry or industries in which the clients operate. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices can be a valuable asset.

1. Certifications:
• Consider obtaining relevant Microsoft certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer certifications.
