- Provide high-quality financial market updates, economic trend analysis, and investment insights.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive digital transformation in wealth management.
- Build a strong social media presence by curating and sharing high-value investment content.
- Negotiate superior commercial terms with fund managers and product manufacturers.
- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, IRDA, RBI regulations , and internal compliance policies.
- Facilitate training programs, investment conclaves, and educational sessions for Wealth RMs to enhance financial expertise.
- Drive regulatory certification processes to maintain a highly compliant and informed team.
- MBA in Finance or a related field with a strong understanding of capital markets and investment instruments.
- Expertise in financial product development, wealth solutions, and market analytics .
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and an ability to strategize under high-pressure environments .
