Specialist / Team Leader - Product Development (HW)

Role & responsibilities

• Qualified Engineer (Electronics/Power Electronics) preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
• Hands on experience in circuit design of Digital, Analog, Power and Mixed signals and verification through simulation tools like LTspice and PSpice. Conversion of system level specifications into working logic and hardware.
• Experience in up to 4-layer PCB layouts review points and Schematic using Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD/Allegro for both high and low-power applications, Implementation of EMI/EMC reduction methods.
• Project experience on analog and power electronics devices like Op-Amps, BJTs, MOSFETs, SCR, Diodes, TVS, Voltage regulators, Boost converter, Buck converter and Flyback converter.
• Experience in 8/16/32 bit Micro controllers and other high speed signals Bluetooth, USB, CAN, UART, and SPI.
• Project experience on protection circuit against Short Circuit, Reverse Polarity, Over Voltage and Transients.
• Good working experience with the EMI/EMC testing of products.
• Experience in troubleshooting and field failure analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, other test equipment and SMD soldering.
• Hands-on experience in PCB layout and fabrication processes, considering design rules, stack-up, impedance control, and design for manufacturing (DFM, DFA) considerations.
• Prior Automotive experience, especially with Motor Control Units as well as of IS 26262 standards would be an added bonus.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and flexible to adjust plans as per business needs.
