Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities including maintenance of ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
• GST Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, maintaining proper documentation, and handling GST payments.
• Income Tax Returns (ITR): Prepare and file individual and corporate income tax returns as per applicable laws.
• TDS Returns: Filing and compliance of TDS returns, ensuring timely deductions and payments.
• Tax Payments: Ensure timely payment of taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with tax regulations.
• Audit and Reporting: Assist with the preparation of audit reports and conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide recommendations and advice on tax planning and strategies for minimizing tax liabilities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Tally and other accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Audit Procedures.
• Experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, TDS Return Filing, and GST Return Filing.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Tax Laws.
• Ability to prepare accurate financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
