Assistant Manager / Sr Executive - Accounts (Inter CA only)

We have opening for the position of Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance / Sr Executive - Accounts & Finance in our corporate office based at Lower Parel.

• Designation : Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance / Sr Executive - Accounts & Finance

• Qualification: B.Com/M.com/Inter CA

• Salary budget Maximum 8 L to 10 L CTC PA

• Work Location - Lower Parel.

• Working Hours - Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 6:00pm.

• Experience Needed: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience. The candidate shall be well versed with day to day accounting nuances. She / he shall have a very sound understanding of Finalization of accounts, day to day book keeping, statutory compliances (Income Tax & GST), preparation of MIS, Budgeting and Variance analysis and banking. The candidate who was worked in ERP environment will have added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Monthly profitability statements & Variance Analysis for each line of income statement and review the same with CFO / Finance Head on a monthly basis.
• Overseeing & Supervise the day to day accounting, guide and train the juniors for proper book keeping, Vouching of documents for genuineness of transaction.
• Liaising with Statutory Auditors for Finalisation of Accounts, resolving the Audit issues in co-ordination with Manager Accounts & CFO/Finance Head.
• Assist in preparation of Tax Audit reports as per the requirements.
• Ensure and adhere to the timely compliances of all statutory requirements including Income Tax; GST; MCA/ROC
• Periodic scrutiny of Trial Balance, General Ledger; AR & AP ledgers & take corrective actions wherever required.
• Keeping up-to date at all times the inter unit reconciliations
• Quarterly / Half Yearly reconciliation and balance confirmations from all major Customers and Vendors
• Preparation of Annual budget and a month review of the same with Actuals
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and revenue analysis.

Required Candidate profile

• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
• Ability to cope with work pressure and to priorities tasks.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Having Experience of ERP e.g. Microsoft Navigen or Business Central, SAP etc would be preferred.
