HR Intern (Paid Internship) Work FROM Home

Sterling Manufacturing Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This paid internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, processes, and best practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help onboard new employees by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensuring timesheet accuracy.
• Provide support for training sessions and workshops.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating HR policies, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in HR or administration (internships, coursework) is a plus but not required.
