Role & responsibilities
1. Diet Plan Development & Consultation
Personalized Nutrition Plans: Design tailored diet plans for clients based on their specific sports, fitness goals, age, gender, and training schedules to optimize performance, recovery, and health.
Client Consultation: Provide one-on-one consultations to athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and clients, offering expert advice on nutrition, meal planning, and supplementation. Ensure clients are well-informed about their nutritional needs and how to achieve their goals.
Dietary Adjustments: Regularly evaluate and adjust nutrition plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving training requirements or goals.
2. Package and Membership Sales
Sales of Diet Packages: Actively promote and sell various nutrition-related packages and memberships tailored to different client needs, including weight management, athletic performance, recovery, and overall health.
-Client Retention & Upselling: Develop strategies to retain clients through excellent service, continuous engagement, and periodic updates to nutrition plans. Upsell advanced nutrition packages or services based on individual progress and evolving requirements.
-Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase awareness of available diet packages and memberships.
3. Nutritional Education and Workshops
Educational Sessions: Conduct workshops, seminars, and group training sessions for clients, athletes, and staff on various nutrition topics such as performance-enhancing nutrition, weight management, healthy eating habits, and injury prevention.
Ongoing Client Education: Provide resources and continuous education to clients about maintaining healthy eating habits and understanding the impact of nutrition on their overall well-being and performance.
Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and share informative content, including blog posts, social media updates, and educational materials related to nutrition and healthy lifestyles, to engage a broader audience.
4. Evaluation and Monitoring**
Track Client Progress: Regularly monitor and assess clients progress towards their nutrition goals, including weight management, muscle gain, improved performance, or recovery.
Data Tracking* Maintain accurate records of clients' dietary intake, body composition, and progress toward fitness or health goals. Provide regular feedback and adapt plans to meet evolving needs.
Post-Consultation Reviews: Follow up with clients after consultations to ensure the successful implementation of diet plans and to address any issues or concerns regarding their nutrition.
5. Client Relationship Management**
Build Client Trust: Establish long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized, approachable, and consistent nutrition guidance. Be a trusted advisor in their journey to better health and performance.
Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, motivational guidance, and adjustments to diet plans as necessary.
Client Feedback & Satisfaction: Collect client feedback regularly to assess satisfaction with services and identify areas for improvement in nutrition plans or service delivery.
6. Research and Product Knowledge
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest research and trends in sports nutrition, supplements, and diet strategies to offer evidence-based recommendations to clients.
Product Recommendations Advise clients on suitable supplements or diet-related products, ensuring they align with their health and fitness goals. Stay updated on new diet products or supplements and share recommendations as appropriate.
7. Collaboration with Fitness & Sports Teams
Work with Trainers & Coaches: Collaborate with personal trainers, coaches, and other sports staff to align diet plans with specific training regimens, ensuring optimal results for athletes.
- **Team Nutritional Guidance**: Assist sports teams or fitness groups by providing collective nutritional strategies that improve team performance and health outcomes.
8. Health & Safety Compliance
-Adhere to Regulations: Ensure that all nutritional recommendations and services comply with industry standards, dietary guidelines, and health regulations.
- **Ethical Practices**: Provide unbiased, science-backed advice while ensuring clients’ dietary and health choices align with best practices for long-term wellness.
9. Administrative & Reporting
-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of consultations, diet plans, client progress, and sales of packages or memberships.
Reportin: Regularly report to management on client engagement, sales performance, and feedback. Track the success of diet-related packages and provide suggestions for improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: A degree in Sports Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Certification in sports nutrition from a recognized authority (e.g., International Society of Sports Nutrition).
Experience: Proven experience in sports nutrition, diet planning, and consultation, with a strong focus on performance enhancement and health optimization.
Sales Experience: Ability to actively promote and sell diet-related packages and memberships, with experience in client relationship management.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex nutrition information in a simple and approachable manner.
