Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide diet counseling to patients with various medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc.
  
• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans for patients.
  
• Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes through one-on-one sessions or group workshops.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in dietetics or related field (diet counselling).
  
• Strong knowledge of dietetics principles, theories, and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
