Job Description

• Maintenance of Financial Accounts and finalization of Accounts in conjunction with Internal and Statutory Auditors.
• Co-ordinating with internal and statutory auditors for preparation of Quarterly Financial statements and Annual Financial statements.
• Preparation of various reports as part of the Quarterly and Annual Audit check list with the assistance of Internal Auditors.
• Co-ordinating with HO for closure of books and records pertaining to Hospital in general after approval from Senior General Manager level officials.
• Ensuring compliance of various statutory aspects like ETDS, PF and PT and co-ordinating for filing periodical returns.
• Providing information / report required for the Audit Committee meeting at HO.
• Providing information / reports for the Annual Audit reports.
• Preparation and providing Key Operational and Financial indicators required for the management.
• Coordinating with the subordinate staff in ensuring prompt completion of day to day assignments.
• Maintenance of Mandy Clinic books of accounts and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinating with the Statutory Auditors at Chennai in finalization of Mandya accounts, including preparation of notes of accounts.

Any other works assigned by GM Operations in the Hospital from time to time.
