Responsible for managing the financial operations of the resort, including budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
Job Description
Sales Incentives for All Branches.
Incentive corrections coordination with all branches.
Purchase Invoices Booking for All Branches.
Employee Invoices Booking for All Branches.
Use to prepare payment advise for Vendors
Use to prepare payment advice for Employees.
Prepaid Expenses Booking and maintaining the entries.
Allocations Branch wise as when required.
Provision for All Branches.
Cashflow.
Schedules Employee Schedule, Vendor Schedule, prepaid Schedule, Rent Schedule.
Vendor Creation.
Advance payment management Vendor Advance & Employee Advance.
Bank Reconciliation
Monthly reports? - Monthly Performance Report to HR., FNF Detail and report to HR
Month end entries.
Audit handling as when as required.
Handle vendor escalation regarding payments if any
Collection agency coordination regarding payment, agreement, invoice generation.
GST input to Saravana wherever it requires
NT Expenses allocation and coordination to generate the invoice and sent to concern.
