• Staff Attendance, Leave record, Biometric Punching System at site.
• Maintain joining formalities & screening at site.
• Preparing Daily Labour report. Maintain Labour Facilities and Accommodation.
• Planning, coordination & execution at site for staff accommodation.
• Maintain Canteen/Mess facilities system.
• Maintaining all daily & monthly MIS reports for the Project Site.
• Vehicle arrangement in coordination with project In-charge.
• Security System Management, Transportation Management.
• Facility management executive conducts regular and periodic inspection of facility, assesses
  problems and need, and implements improvement in operations as appropriate.
• Management of Office Assets, Inventory and Insurance of Company Assets.
• Cost Control and Vendor Management & Staff database, Administration record management
• Guest House Management, Taking care of booking of conference room, meeting rooms etc.
• Travel arrangements of Guest & Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to
  maintain a healthy work environment.
• Making correspondence to Regional HR, Admin Office, all related concern office etc.
