Site Engineer/ Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision and Support:
Assist senior engineers in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site.

Monitor the progress of work and ensure it complies with the project plan and specifications.

Technical Assistance:
Interpret construction drawings and provide guidance to labor teams.

Identify and report any technical or design discrepancies to senior engineers for resolution.

Quality and Safety Compliance:
Conduct basic inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Report safety hazards or quality issues promptly to supervisors.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment usage, and daily activities on-site.

Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports for project stakeholders.

Material and Resource Management:
Assist in tracking material inventory and ensuring proper usage.

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm timely delivery of construction materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in Site & project execution & management.
• Preference shall be given to Facade, Steel & PEB background candidates.
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control.

Preference will be given to the candidates who are having an experience of:

1. Metro Projects

2. Architectural products like Facade, False Ceiling, Glazing, Cladding, Roofing, etc.
