Site Engineer/ Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

1.Manage on-site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and schedules.

2. Coordinate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth

project execution.

3. Supervise and monitor all site activities related to the construction and installation of

solar power systems.

4. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications, quality

standards, and safety regulations.

5. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and project

requirements.

6. Address and rectify any quality-related issues promptly.

7. Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for site personnel.

9. Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Project Manager and other

relevant parties.

10. Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise

11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs,

progress reports, and site records.

12. Prepare and submit detailed site reports, including work completed, issues

encountered, and solutions implemented.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor& degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

2. Proven experience in site management and execution of solar EPC projects

3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience required

4. Strong understanding of solar power systems and construction methodologies.

5. Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required

6. Ability to work on construction sites, which may involve exposure to varying weather

conditions and physical demands.

7. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
