Qualification & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline with minimum 15 years

experience in Construction or Diploma in relevant Engineering Discipline with minimum 20

years experience in Construction of Oil & Gas EPC projects.

We are seeking a skilled Construction Civil Engineer to join our progressive team at Apollo

Green Energy Limited. As the backbone of our construction projects, you will manage the

construction phases, ensuring a seamless transition from blueprint to final build. You will use

state-of-the-art technology and methodologies to solve problems and create innovative

solutions. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work

under timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and coordinate activities of

subcontractors and staff.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to project stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, machinery, and materials efficiency.
• Implement safety and compliance protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably 15+ years.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with construction management .

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in

calculations and design.

• Ability to lead and motivate teams, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
