HR Intern Internship (3 Months)

Sterling Hospitals is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a 3-month HR Internship Program starting in November 2024 and ending in February 2025.

About the Internship:

This internship provides a valuable opportunity for students pursuing a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining and organizing personnel file records.
• Support HR activities as an HR Assistant.
• Facilitate smooth coordination within the HR department.
• Provide day-to-day support as an HR Generalist. (Possible tasks can be listed here - data entry, scheduling meetings, etc. if known)

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Benefits:

• Monthly stipend of Rs 10,000/-
