Factory Manager- Denim Division

Job_Summary:

We are seeking an experienced "Factory Manager for our Denim unit to oversee the daily operations of our spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing finishing units. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production processes in spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing finishing units.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and troubleshoot any production-related issues.
• Manage production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Supervise and provide direction to factory workers and shift teams.
• Conduct daily meetings to communicate production targets, safety measures, and other factory updates.
• Implement quality control measures and monitor production for defects or issues.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve quality problems.
• Conduct regular safety audits and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and supplies.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste.
• Maintain records of production data, inventory levels, and worker performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for the upkeep and servicing of machinery and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Textile Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a denim textile manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing finishing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
