Chief Executive Officer - Denim Factory (15-25 yrs)

Job Summary:

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, production efficiency, raw material procurement, finished goods management, and business expansion of Aarvee Denims and Export Limited. The role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in finance, production, operations, sales, and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and vision.

- Oversee the production of denim materials, raw material sourcing, inventory management, and ensure operational efficiency.

- Direct financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and ensure profitability, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, manage customer relations, and lead product development.

- Formulate strategies for market expansion, explore new product lines, and identify opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage business risks, and maintain strong regulatory relationships.

- Report to the Board of Directors on performance, key initiatives, and ensure company operations adhere to corporate policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 -15 years of leadership experience in the Denim textile industry.

- Strong understanding of denim production, raw material management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.

- Proven track record in financial management, sales growth, and strategic expansion.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure.

- Knowledge of international markets and export regulations is a plus.

- Master's degree in Textile, business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
