Job Description: Corporate Communications Team Member
Position: Corporate Communications Executive
Department: Corporate Communications
Reports To: Corporate Communications Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communications team. The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Communications Manager in developing and overseeing content creation for all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with organizational standards. This role is vital in enhancing employee engagement, coordinating communication activities, and delivering compelling visual and written materials.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation:
    • Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, emails, press releases, blogs, speeches, and presentations.
    • Ensure all written content meets corporate communication standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
    • Research and develop innovative ideas to improve communication strategies and employee engagement.

  1. Communication Releases:
    • Oversee the timely release of planned and unplanned communication materials, ensuring high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather accurate information for all communication materials.

  1. Employee Engagement Activities:
    • Assist HR department in planning and executing activities to foster employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
    • Design and develop engaging content for internal events, campaigns, and announcements using various tools and platforms.

  1. Visual Communication Design:
    • Develop visual aids and graphics using design tools to complement communication materials.
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines.

  1. Event Coordination:
    • Support the Corporate Communications Manager in planning and executing projects around corporate events, including town halls, product launches, and internal celebrations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and logistics during events.

  1. Research and Improvement:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and employee preferences to enhance communication strategies.
    • Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to improve communication approaches.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in content management systems and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
    • A creative mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
