Direct Taxation Role (1-5 yrs)

1) Good knowledge of the provisions of Direct Tax Laws, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation and International Taxation.

2) Good experience of handling Direct Tax Advisory, Compliances and litigations.

3) Good exposure in handling Transfer Pricing related advisory, compliances and litigation and International Taxation related issues such as issuance of certificate in Form-15CB, understanding on concepts of Permanent Establishment etc.

4) Good experience on representation services before Income Tax Department and other Statutory Authorities during assessment proceedings.

5) Finalization of books of accounts in accordance with Accounting Standards and preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act.

6) Good Knowledge of Management Reporting Systems.

7) Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Tax Auditors for completion of annual assurance works.

8) Experience of working in ERP environment.

9) Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

10) Team handling and ensure assignments completion within due dates.

11) Should have a consulting mind-set.

12) Should have proficiency in English.

13) Should be open to periodic travelling.
