At Stenn we re currently looking to build our first regional teams in India. We ve experienced incredible growth over the past 4 years and now we re looking to consolidate. As a Senior Manager at Stenn Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in building & managing a team of account executives (AEs) and delivering sales & revenue targets in your region. The primary focus of this role will be on acquiring new customers, driving customer acquisition and growing business. You will work cross functionally to help drive our Product and Marketing led growth engine.
Your AEs will work closely with our SDR function to close qualified leads whilst also driving new business through cold calling, trade shows and networking events. As one of our regional leaders you will focus on our International Merchants consumer base across: Manufacturing, Textiles, Finished Goods and Seafood to name a few sectors.
It will be your responsibility to recruit, attract and retain talent which delivers on Stenn s ambitions to IPO in three years and adds to our culture of belonging.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit a high-performing regional sales team who align to Stenn s values and drive revenue growth.
Product best in class monthly sales planning and execution of high velocity sales strategy to win business in the region
Build a go-to-market strategy to achieve the sales target & revenue goals in your region
Collaborate with cross functional teams like Marketing, SDRs, Sales Operations and Enablement to generate leads and win customers
Performance tracking of the team of AEs ensuring they achieves their OKR revenue goals and hit monthly targets
Develop and coach your team of AEs; working with enablement to ensure continuous development
Collaborate to build sales funnel with leads coming from marketing, partnerships, alliances, SDR function and direct outbound
Collaborate internally & externally with stakeholders to drive sales efficiency & productivity
Regularly attend Trade Shows, Networking Events and conferences in region
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of Velocity Sales motions across India with Fintech/Channel Sales experience preferred
Fantastic networking capabilities with demonstrative success of building in-region from 0-1.
Be a subject matter expert in the Indian export ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions to meet the business goals
Have experience in managing and leading teams of Account Executives in a high velocity sales environment
Must have a high-level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
Strong communications skills in English, Hindi and other regional languages
