We are looking for an experienced Senior Navision Support Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Navision applications, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Required Skills :
- Provide high-level support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Navision issues, including performance problems, data integrity issues, and user errors.
- Perform root cause analysis on critical incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to design and implement system enhancements, updates, and new functionalities.
- Manage and monitor system integrations, data migrations, and upgrades, ensuring they are performed smoothly and with minimal impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures, configuration settings, and system architecture diagrams.
- Assist in the deployment and testing of new releases, patches, and upgrades of Navision applications.
- Provide end-user training, guidance, and support to ensure optimal use of the Navision system.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Participate in system audits, performance tuning, and optimization efforts to improve overall system reliability and performance.
- Lead and mentor junior support engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver expert-level support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Navision issues, including performance bottlenecks, data integrity problems, and user errors.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including support procedures, configuration settings, and system architecture diagrams.
- Provide end-user training, guidance, and support to ensure optimal utilization of the Navision system.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in system audits, performance tuning, and optimization efforts to improve overall system reliability and performance.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
