Job Summary :

We are seeking a senior-level analytics professional to own multiple reporting and BI solutions from concept to delivery.

As a Senior Analytics Solutions Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical development-taking vague or complex requirements, refining them, and delivering high-quality analytics products.

Your expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, and data problem-solving will drive critical decisions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead End-to-End Analytics Projects :

- Plan, design, and implement robust reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and other BI tools.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, data engineering, business stakeholders) to translate defined requirements into fully functional analytics solutions.

Gather & Refine Requirements :

- Work closely with business users to understand-and often clarify-their needs, then transform those needs into actionable project tasks.

- Document requirements clearly, bridging business language and technical specifications.

Independent Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis :

- Serve as the go-to expert for complex issues in SAC, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.

- Dive into data sources, pipelines, and tools to pinpoint and resolve problems swiftly.

Data Modeling & Validation :

- Profile, cleanse, and model data to ensure accuracy and reliability in dashboards and reports.

- Advocate for data quality best practices, identifying improvements that optimize performance and user experience.

Stakeholder Communication & User Enablement :

- Communicate progress, risks, and results to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide user training and documentation to foster adoption and ensure users understand how to self-serve data insights where possible.

Multi-Project Management :

- Juggle multiple concurrent projects, maintaining timelines, managing scope changes, and ensuring on-time delivery.

- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and align them with broader organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications :

Senior-Level BI Skill Set :

- Proven track record delivering end-to-end analytics/reporting projects, independently taking them from idea to production.

- Advanced proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud and Tableau, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Data Analysis & Problem-Solving :

- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, profiling, validation, and root cause analysis of complex data/reporting issues.

- Ability to handle large or disparate datasets and craft solutions that are both efficient and user-friendly.

Independent Ownership & Delivery :

- Comfortable taking full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and solutions, without requiring constant oversight.

- Effective at managing priorities in a fast-paced setting, maintaining quality and timelines.

- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management.

- Skilled at distilling ambiguous requests into clear, detailed functional and technical documentation.

- Capable of conveying complex BI or technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment at all levels.

Preferred (Key) Qualifications :

- Broad BI Tools Exposure : Hands-on experience with Quest Datapoint Toad, Power BI, Qlik, and Excel-based reporting processes.

- SAP Ecosystem Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules for data sourcing and integration.

- Agile / Scrum Experience : Ability to work within iterative development cycles, collaborating on quick feedback loops.

- Data Strategy & Governance : Understanding of data architecture, governance, and best practices for enterprise analytics.
