Export Sales

• Responsible for the sales of company products in international market.
• Identifying new markets for exports & developing new business accounts/ dealers.
• Meeting with clients here or overseas.
• Negotiating the sales term & meeting sales target.
• Managing administration, such as orders, contracts & export documents.
• To increase channel sales from existing clients/ dealer in the geographical zone.
• To identify & formulate strategies for focus on potential & opportunistic markets within the geographic zone.
• Ability to formulate strategy to reach out to the unexplored countries for business expansion.
• Find out of potential channels & consultants in India who have experience in helping Indian manufacturers to grow in the overseas market.
• Meet embassies & sources who can help.
• Build a strong dealer network in strategic locations.
• Travel to new territories & build a market from scratch.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXEPERIENCE:

• MBA/ MCom/ BBA/ BCom/ BE/ BTech (Mechanical/ Electrical)
• 5-8 years of exeperience in capital sales, direct sales, B2B industry (preferably from mechanical & electrical industry)

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Leadership ability.
• Should have prior experience of working in capital equipment industry.
• Strong business sense & industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.
• A professional manner & presentable appearance for meeting customers/ clients.

• Good knowledge of attending seminars, exhibitions, conferences & events whenever required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & influence credibly & effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
