The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales team by managing processes, ensuring efficient communication between departments, and handling administrative tasks. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external clients

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer orders and inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, reports, and databases.

Communication & Coordination:

• Act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, supply chain).
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and sales events.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and assist in decision-making.
• Support the creation of sales forecasts and budgets.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with the team to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Other Duties:

• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
