Senior Sub Editor (Editorial)

This concerned person will:

Manage editing and editorial-related tasks, coordinate with operational teams and fellow editorial members to get the work done to perfection and in the least time possible for quick story turn-around time.
The person will be responsible for correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting content as per company guidelines. Rewriting stories and making the language smarter is a key responsibility.

Fact checking is mandatory in relation to dates, names, figures, facts etc

Ensure the content conforms to ethical standards of the publication and profession.

The person concerned will coordinate with operational teams and fellow editorial members, streamline the feed management system for efficient story turnaround.

Support marketing activities by collaborating with marketing and operations teams to provide social media or any other content support,

Undergo periodic training to raise the work quality bar.
