Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct internal, supplier, and customer audits, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Manage PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA processes for new and existing products.
• Maintain detailed control plans, work instructions, and quality documentation.

Customer Focus and Satisfaction

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure alignment on quality expectations and specifications.
• Lead customer audits and manage feedback for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement and Problem Solving

• Monitor process capabilities and drive improvements using statistical tools (Cp, Cpk).
• Investigate and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone Diagram).
• Initiate and oversee quality improvement projects to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

Regulatory and Industry Standards

• Ensure all products and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle certifications and maintain up-to-date documentation for quality compliance

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and train the quality team to enhance skills and ensure adherence to quality protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, design, maintenance) to meet organizational

goals.

• Prepare and present quality reports and metrics during management reviews.
• Support lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
• Manage supplier quality performance and foster strong relationships with key suppliers

Preferred candidate profile:

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of rubber molding processes (Injection and Compression).
• Expertise in quality tools and methodologies: PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, and 5Why.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with QMS implementation and management under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Leadership Skills

• Strong team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

• Proficient in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

Customer Relationship Management

• Skilled at managing customer expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and ensure customer satisfaction.
