Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with NABH standards.
  
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality patient care.
  
• Collaborate with hospital departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members to achieve seamless coordination during emergency situations.
  
• Provide training sessions on quality management principles to staff members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Audit, or related field (NABH certification preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards (NABH).
  
• Excellent analytical skills for conducting thorough audits and identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations while maintaining composure.
