Java Developer || Immediate Joiner|| Gurgaon || Hybrid

We are seeking a Java Developer with 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), particularly in the context of fintech systems. You will be responsible for the development of robust, scalable, and secure solutions for critical financial applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant code and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Architecture: Lead and participate in HLD and LLD activities for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code using frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and others in the context of fintech applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and business analysts to define system requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver results.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development.
• Performance & Scalability: Identify bottlenecks in application performance and implement improvements to ensure systems can handle high traffic, large data volumes, and high availability.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, use testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG, and participate in debugging complex issues in a production environment.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security practices in the codebase, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Documentation: Create technical documentation for the systems you develop, including HLD/LLD documents, API documentation, and user guides.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of Java development experience, with a strong focus on designing and building large-scale, production-quality systems.
• Java Skills: Proficiency in Java 8+, object-oriented programming, and design principles.
• Spring Framework: Expertise in Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and related Java frameworks for building scalable, distributed systems.
• High-Level & Low-Level Design: Proven experience with HLD and LLD using industry best practices (UML diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams).
• Database Knowledge: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and delivering incremental value.
• Fintech Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working in the fintech domain (e.g., payment systems, banking applications, trading platforms) is a plus.
• Cloud Technologies (Preferred): Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing scalable applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Exposure to Blockchain, Machine Learning, or Big Data technologies in a fintech context.
• Understanding of security standards in financial applications (e.g., encryption, OAuth, JWT).
