React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platforms (3-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing app features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences. Your expertise in React Native will be essential in delivering high-performance apps that are scalable and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React Native code.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement app features and improve user experiences.

- Work with APIs and third-party libraries to integrate various services and features into mobile apps.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize apps for speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on code quality and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide solutions to improve app performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

- Continuously improve the app's functionality, design, and overall performance.

- Ensure application stability across both Android and iOS platforms.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a React Native developer or in a similar mobile development role.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and React Native framework.

- Familiarity with Redux, React Navigation, or other state management tools.

- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and understanding of the platform's core features.

- Understanding of mobile development principles and cross-platform mobile design.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to write clean, well-structured code with good documentation practices.

- Knowledge of build tools like Xcode (iOS) and Android Studio (Android).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices such as Jest, Mocha, or Detox.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.) for app backends.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for mobile app development.
