Role & responsibilities

Operational Management

• Ensuring smooth daily operations of the station.
• Coordinating with different departments such as security, customer service, and maintenance.
• Monitoring schedules, arrivals, and departures of vehicles or flights.
• Managing station logistics, including baggage handling and platform organization.

Staff Supervision & Team Coordination

• Manage a team of warehouse workers, drivers, and support staff.
• Assign duties, schedules, and shifts.
• Provide training on safety procedures, logistics handling, and customer service.
• Ensure workforce productivity and resolve any staff-related issues.

Customer Service & Communication

• Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and shipment tracking issues.
• Work with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
