We have an opening for a "Senior Business Development Manager", In our company.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner/15 days
Work Mode : On-Site(5 Days)
Time: 09:30 AM To 6:30 PM
Location : Pune(Hinjewadi Phase 2)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and target potential clients in the IT sector through market research, networking, and outbound strategies (calls, emails, events, social media).
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Present and sell IT solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and technology solutions.
4. Proposal & Presentation Management: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating our offerings, value proposition, and competitive advantage.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
6. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. Provide feedback to improve offerings and ensure alignment with client requirements.
7. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and proposal to closing deals, ensuring that contracts are signed, and clients are onboarded smoothly.
8. Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, forecast business development metrics, and report progress to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of business development or sales experience in the IT industry, ideally in [software development, cloud services, IT consulting, etc.].
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to discuss technical details with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with current IT industry trends, technologies, and digital transformation.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess potential business opportunities, perform market analysis, and align strategies with business goals.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and other business tools. Familiarity with tools for lead generation, email campaigns, and prospect management is a plus. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Why Join Us?
