- Proven experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
