Onboarding Field Specialist only MALE candidates

Role & responsibilities:

•      Visit restaurant partners on-site to assist with their onboarding process.

      •     Collect necessary documentation and ensure accuracy in submission for registration on the Zomato platform.

      •     Guide restaurant owners/managers through the platform setup and train them on how to use the Zomato dashboard.

      •     Address any questions or concerns from restaurant partners during the onboarding process.

      •     Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.

      •     Assist in solving any technical issues that may arise during the onboarding stage.

      •     Maintain a positive relationship with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the onboarding process.

      •     Report daily activities and onboarding progress to the team lead or manager.

      •     Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards in all onboarding activities.
