• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-8 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance products (health, motor,) as well as life insurance.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
