Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale the CRM.io Sales division. As the COO, you will work closely with the executive team to define and execute strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure sustainable growth in the CRM market. This role is pivotal in shaping CRM.io's operational framework, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and driving revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement operational strategies to support the overall growth and vision of CRM.io.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to refine the company's business and sales strategies.
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the CRM.io sales team, ensuring they meet revenue and market share objectives.
- Develop data-driven sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize the sales funnel and customer acquisition.
Product and Market Alignment:
- Partner with product teams to ensure CRM.io's offerings align with market demands and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of CRM trends, technology advancements, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Excellence:
- Build scalable processes and workflows to improve efficiency across sales, customer support, and client success.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and enterprise customers.
- Represent CRM.io at industry events and forums to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, operations, or executive roles within SaaS, CRM, or related technology industries.
- Proven track record of scaling operations and driving revenue growth in B2B markets.
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Additional Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of AI-driven CRM solutions is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with modern sales enablement tools and analytics platforms.
